Include your device, the app version (Profile → Settings) and what you were doing. A screenshot helps a lot.
Your data
Delete your account and collection yourself in the app via Profile → Settings → Delete account. Export your collection as CSV from the app.
Content creator?
Apply for Creator status in the app via Profile → Become a creator. Recognised creators get Ultra for free.
