Frequently asked questions

Which cards does TCG House recognise?

All TCG cards from the English database, plus German, French, Italian, Spanish and Japanese prints via automatic name translation. Graded slabs from PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC and ACE are recognised separately.

Where do the prices come from?

Cardmarket (EU, in euros — the average the card actually sold for over the past seven days), TCGPlayer (US), eBay (per language and condition) and PriceCharting for graded cards. Dollar prices are converted with the live ECB rate. eBay sold data per language is available in Pro.

Do I need an account?

No. You can scan and collect right away. Sign in (email, Google or Apple) and your collection is stored encrypted in the cloud and synced between iOS and Android.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Cards, searches and your collection you viewed before stay available without a connection. Prices update as soon as you are back online.

I'm a content creator — what do I get?

Recognised creators get a Creator badge on their public profile, a spot among the featured creators on the home screen and free Ultra. Apply in the app via Profile → Become a creator.
